Manage Room Bookings

Manage listings on travel platforms, respond to and confirm bookings. Manage booking calendar.

Guest Experience Co-ordinator

Assist guests with their plans. Arrange restaurant bookings, wine tours, travel experience.

Front Desk Management

Greet Guests on Arrival. Help guests with check in and tour of property. Collect or confirm payment. Schedule breakfast, Confirm itinerary.

Breakfast Service

Assist with preparation and service of breakfast and clean up.

Maintenance

Oversee housekeeping and Maintenance Staff. Providing assistance as required.

Event Support

Provide assistance with events as required.

Requirements

Related Experince

Experience dealing with clients in a hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

Skills Check

Computer skills are required. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook is compulsory. WIX, Canva, Booking Platforms and Social Media skills would be an advantage.

Food Handling and Smart Serve accreditations are required, however, a willingness to acquire these may be acceptable.

Excellent communications skills required.
